Monday to Friday: 08:30 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
Saturday: 09:00 a.m. – 04:00 p.m.

Rules and Regulations

General Rules

• Library access is permitted only with a valid college ID card.
• Maintain silence and a clean environment in the library premises.
• Personal belongings must be left at the property counter.
• Mobile phones and audio devices are strictly prohibited.
• Food and beverages are not allowed.
• Handle books and library materials with care.
• Follow all instructions of the librarian and library staff.

Circulation Rules

• Diploma Students: 2 Books / 15 Days
• UG Students: 3 Books / 15 Days
• Faculty Members: 15 Books / One Semester
  (Note: Reference books and periodicals are issued for one day only.)

Renewal and Overdue Policy

• Books may be renewed up to 3 times if not reserved by others.
• Late return fine: ₹2 per book per day.
• In case of loss or damage, the borrower must replace the book or pay the replacement cost.

Important Instructions

• Books must be checked out and returned at the Circulation Desk.
• To reserve or hold a book, use the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC).
• Avoid re-shelving books — leave them on tables after use.

• Carry your ID card every time you visit the library.
• Maintain silence and discipline.
• Keep the library clean and organized.
• Respect library materials and return them on time.
• Seek help from library staff when needed.
• Switch mobile phones to silent mode before entering.

Don'ts

• Do not remove books without issuing them properly.
• Do not mark, underline, or write in books.
• Do not use mobile phones or play games in the library.
• Do not bring food, drinks, or personal gadgets.
• Do not disturb other users or engage in loud conversation.
• Do not reshelf books after use—leave them on tables.
